On the drive to Lake Baykal. The vendors sell all forms of fish only avaiable in the lake. Omul etc. We bought some freshly smoked fish for our dinner tonight.

Frozen Omul
Lunch on thursday was Frozen Omul which is a fish unique to Lake Baykal. It is eaten with salt and pepper. Tasty and very tranditional food. It was our starter we had with beer.
